CBT Team will collect background information, interview various stakeholders and conduct a public meeting to understand and define the nature of the problem.
CBT Team will develop multiple alternatives for redevelopment of the site. All the alternatives will be comprehensively analyzed through the lenses of a planning, landscape architecture, economic development, implementation and transportation.
Phase III: Final Alternatives and Implementation Strategies
CBT will refine the final alternatives during this phase and prepare final recommendations and deliverers. Final alternatives will include at least one alternative with a parking garage.
