Community Service Officer

Join our unique Nantucket community for a summer of patrol experience.

Whether you are on foot patrol in our historic downtown area, bike patrol in the village of Sconset or patrolling the beach on an ATV, a day off can always be enjoyed on our 82 miles of beach with co-workers that many times become lifelong friends.

Former CSOs have gone on to a variety of careers in law enforcement including Local and State Police along with Federal Government Agencies. Many have also become politicians, lawyers, social workers, and psychologists.

We are extremely proud of our former CSOs and look forward to you joining our program and contributing to the safety and future of our community.
