PLUS staff is available by phone or email Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Drop boxes are available outside of the PLUS building for document/application drop off and pick up. No member from the public is allowed in the PLUS building.
The department of Planning and Land Use Services (PLUS) was established in late FY12 by consolidating the former Code Enforcement Department with the offices of Planning and Zoning and placed under the leadership of the Director of Planning. PLUS consists of the Building, Planning and Zoning departments and the Historic District Commission. This reorganization has resulted in greater staffing and monetary efficiencies, improved customer service, expanded hours of operation, and the implementation of “one-stop shopping” for permit-related matters.
