Citizen Self Service Portal

The Town of Nantucket Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal is an online service site for permitting and planning.

From CSS you can complete applications for permits and plans for the following:

  • Nantucket Health Department
  • Nantucket Sewer Department
  • Planning and Land Use (PLUS) Department: 
    • Building, Electrical, Gas/Plumbing, Zoning, HDC

You can view the status of a Permit or Plan using your personalized dashboard in CSS. Online credit card payments are available for certain permits and plans for a nominal fee.
